Amazing 61 Year Old Transformation

I remember when Cindy came to me over two years ago. I remember it WELL because she sent me a message and ordered her challenge pack WHILE I was in the hospital after deliver June the day before 😍 I was so thrilled and honored she reached out to me!

She was going to turn 60 that year and was DETERMINED to get healthy and look and feel better than ever!👊

You see, her amazing husband has MS and she is his primary caregiver. She could make EVERY excuse in the book- too busy, my husband needs me, I don't have time for myself, I deserve to eat whatever I want, I'm too stressed to worry about what I eat. BUT she DOESN'T! She has been an inspiration since Day ONE! 👏👏👏

I hear SO MANY excuses from people, but Cindy could negate ANY of those and prove that those excuses are NOT real reasons to put off becoming your HEALTHIEST self- whatever your age, fitness level, or time limits.


And you know what is even MORE noticeable in these pictures than the PHYSICAL transformation (which is INCREDIBLE, don't ya think?!?) It's that SMILE in the after pics on top! Notice in her before pics, she RELUCTANTLY took them and made sure her face did not even show.
 

At 61, she has completed PIYO, Country Heat, Insanity Max:30 and is not doing 22 Minute Hard Corps! Talk about dedication!!! 💪

Ongoing Health and Fitness Accountability Group

MOTIVATION and DISCIPLINE...

I am told almost EVERY day that women need my motivation or discipline. I get asked HOW I stay so motivated! Here's the thing- I don't! Every day I wake up KNOWING what I have to get done, not always motivated to do it!

When I first started working out at home when Benton was just 8 months old, it was the LAST thing I wanted to do every night. What made the difference? ACCOUNTABILITY! And it still makes the difference today! Except now I stay accountable to EVERYONE I aim to inspire- especially my customers in my private support and accountability groups!

For almost FOUR years, I have started a NEW group for new challengers starting their health and fitness journeys EVERY month. It's one of my FAVORITE things I do as a coach because it's truly where the MAGIC happens! Being in a group is the ONLY reason I stuck with my first workout program when I first decided I HAD to get back in shape to get my body back and FEEL better!

I recently had my THIRD baby and have been working HARD to get back to the CONFIDENT woman I am when I look and feel my BEST!

Spaghetti Squash Bake

 Spaghetti squash is one of my favorite and EASY ways to replace traditional noodles! And even my four year old eats it which is always a PLUS, considering getting his veggies in is NEVER easy! This recipe was quick (especially if you have chicken already prepped!), kinda a necessity for weeknights with three kids!


1. Cook spaghetti squash. My easy directions are HERE.
2. Cut squash in half. Be super careful as it is HOT!!!
3. Scoop out seeds.
4. Fill each half with cooked cubed chicken breasts (I just baked mine with olive oil and seasoning in the oven). This is a perfect use if you cooked chicken or have some left over too!
5. Cover chicken with spaghetti sauce (I used plain organic tomato sauce with Italian seasoning, but feel free to use your fave).
6. Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
8. Cut into desired serving sizes and scoop out with spoon. You may have to use fork to shred into spaghetti a little more.
