Who is this program for?
Anyone who LOVES to dance, wants to learn to dance or just wants to have FUN while exercising so it doesn't FEEL like work, even though you'll be TORCHING calories!
Workouts are about 35-40 minutes, 6 days a week. Shaun T TEACHES you every step and helps you LEARN what you're doing before putting it ALL together. You won't even realize you're working out! It's all about moving your body and LIVING!
Every month, I have an exclusive support and accountability group with a "prep" week to get everyone on the same page, understanding proper nutrition and learning what the program is all about.
