Hammer and Chisel Meal Plan Week 2

So this is technically the middle of week two since we started on a Thursday to make our rest days happen on Sundays :) BUT- essentially this is for our week 2 ;) Using this format makes it so easy to change my meal plan each week and tally up my portion control containers to make sure I get EXACTLY what my body needs! So far our results have been great and we are loving this program!

 Did you notice I even made us a sweet treat?!? Those flourless brownies are DELICIOUS- look for a recipe coming SOON!

  1. This is exactly what I have been looking for as I struggle with the containers and such. I am on the same calorie plan as this too! Do you by chance have a fillable version of this so I can add my own food into it? This is absolutely amazing!!
