These yummy little cookies are so easy to make and hit the spot for your sweet tooth. These are from the 21 Day Fix eating plan, and are awesome to have as a healthy cookie alternative!
Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped raw pecans, toasted
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Place parchment paper on baking sheet
3. Combine oats, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl; mix well
4. Add applesauce, chocolate chips, and pecans; mix well
5. Drop by heaping Tbsp. onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten
6. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until firm
I stored mine in the fridge and really enjoy them cold!
